My first cruise was decades ago. Since then I have had the privilege of accompanying more than a hundred journeys across the world's oceans – both behind the scenes and as a tour director on the front line. Whether on river or ocean ships, on worldwide round trips: my wealth of experience helps me to act in a solution-oriented and competent manner even in unforeseen situations. Travellers value the calm and reassurance I convey – as well as my talent for organisation, which helps to save valuable time and avoid stress.

I lived in China for over 20 years and speak fluent Mandarin – a period that shaped me lastingly, not only linguistically but above all culturally. My deep understanding of intercultural relationships was further broadened by longer stays in North America, Egypt, Spain and Austria.

My philosophy is simple: guests are on their well-earned holiday. They should do exactly what brings them joy – whether alone or in a group.
